Fate/Another 1.24c

General
  • Gain from Armor upgrade stat reduced from 2.25 to 2.0
  • Added Panorama panel for Master’s Seals (to inform new players of their existence)
  • Vision ranges simplified:
    • All standard heroes have 850 vision range
    • Archer class heroes have 1200 vision range
    • Berserker class have 700 vision range
Avenger
  • Murderous Instinct bash cooldown decreased from 4 to 3.5
  • Murderous Instinct crit multiplier from 160/170/180/190/200% to 180/190/200/210/220%
  • True form bonus AD percentage from 7/11/14/17/20% to 10/13/16/19/22%
Archer (4th)
  • Power of Sumer AD scaling reduced from 0.25 to 0.2
Archer (5th)
  • Rho Aias:
    • Permanent health bonus removed
    • Shield amount increased from 600/750/900/1050/1200 to 600/800/1000/1200/1400
    • Shield can now be removed by clicking the buff on your buff bar
  • Sword Barrage - Confine
    • Damage increased from 200/300/400/500/600 to 200/350/500/650/800
    • Duration reduced from 3 to 2
Archer of Red (Apocrypha)
(all relevant numbers for NEW spells are on tooltips+some additional info while pressing alt key)
  • Base Damage Reduced by 50
  • Priestess of the hunt
    • Arrows damage reduction by A scroll changed from 50% to 25%
    • Max arrows held increased from 5 to 6
  • Arrows of Big Dipper
    • Each point of agility increases Celestial Arrow range by 3 (moved from E)
    • Each point of Agility increases Crossing Arcadia and Phoebus Catastrophe arrow’s AoE by 1 (moved from E)
  • Celestial Arrow (Q)
    • Bonus Arrows changed from 0/0/1/1/2 to 0/1/2/3/4
    • Each arrow that hits target grants stacking buff with following bonuses per stack (max stacks: 10, Q and D can grant 1 stack per cast regardless of how many targets it hit):
      • + 1/2/3/4/5 Agility per stack
      • + 1/1.75/2.5/3.25/4% Cast time reduction per stack
      • Duration: 10
      • Upon reaching 10 stacks, Q arrow gains +25% radius (width 100->125)
  • Calydonian Hunt (W)
    • Duration changed from 3/3.5/4/4.5/5 to 4/4.5/5/5.5/6
  • Tauropolos - Bow of Heaven (E)
    • Removed
  • New Ability: Hunting Tools (E) spellbook that contains following spells, when one of following abilities is used, other two go on global cooldown:
    • Viper’s Sting
      • Shoots an arrow that puts enemy servant hit to sleep (stun, breaks when target takes damage)
    • Cobweb Shot
      • Shoots arrow that can’t traverse impassable terrain, but instead bounces off it, connecting bounce impact points with spider web threads. Targets that are caught in webs are dimensionally locked and rooted (each target once per cast) and then slowed while taking some some minor damage if they remain in area.
    • Entangling Trap
      • Places trap nearby, when triggered by enemy hero it looks for other enemy targets around if there is at least 1 other (max 2) it binds them together. If one of bound targets moves too far from the center point between entangled targets he triggers penalty upon all targets (damage+stun). If there are no viable secondary targets it binds the target to the initial trap position and center is not mobile in this case.
    • Reload
      • Channels in order to regain arrow charges
      • Channeling for full duration gives exact number of current max arrows
      • Arrows are gained on interval while channeling, arrow gain rate depends on current max arrows limit and E level
      • Doesn’t respect Hunting Tools GCD
  • Phoebus Catastrophe: Barrage
    • Mana cost changed from 800 to 300 (total spell combined cost increased by 100)
    • No longer R spell, now is gained from attribute
    • No longer refreshable with seals
    • No longer can damage wards
    • Duration changed from 3 to 4 second (this change by itself doesn’t change total damage but lowers dps for same amount of arrows)
    • Scaling from attack damage changed from 100% to 75%
    • Total number of arrows changed from 30/36/42/48/54 to 35 + 0.5 * Agility (max arrows 70)
  • New ability: Tauropolos - Bow of Heaven (R)  
    • Fires long range point ground arrow that explodes upon hitting enemy servant revealing area briefly, dealing magic damage and slowing everyone near impact point
    • If primary target is afflicted by Calydonian Hunt the radius of splash and damage percentage from splash are increased by 50%. Additionally all targets within splash are afflicted with max stacks of Calydonian Hunt.
  • Attribute Hunter’s Mark mana cost reduced from 19 to 13
  • Attribute Golden Apple
    • After acquiring attribute spell is now available within Hunting Tools’ R slot (E->R)
    • Ability Golden Apple
      • Mana Cost changed from 200 to 400 (spell combined cost reduced by 200 as it no longer requires combination)
  • New Attribute: Bow of Heaven
    • Mana cost: 16
    • Tauropolos (R) improvements:
      • Range: +1000
      • Agility scaling: 5
    • Hitting enemy servant with Tauropolos allows you to use Phoebus Catastrophe: Barrage within next 5 sec. Additionally Barrage can be used even outside of current range, but the spell’s target location has to be within 1500 range of Tauropolos (R) impact. (Has both regular range and this bonus, bonus zone is shown by green field after hitting R visible only to Atalanta)
  • Phoebus Catastrophe Snipe (Combo)
    • Combination changed to W-W within 4 sec
    • Mana cost changed from 300 to 700 (spell combined cost same)
    • Scaling from attack damage changed from 100% to 75%
Assassin (Extra)
  • Martial Arts cast point reduced from 0.4 to 0.3
  • Furious Chain agility ratio increased from 2.0 to 2.5
Berserker (4th)
  • Vortigern base stun increased from 0.3 to 0.5
  • Improve Knight of Honor now comes in 2 Unique Specializations
  • Improve Knight of Honor (old) renamed to Improve Knight of Honor (Specialist) and mana cost reduced to 10
  • New Attribute: Improve Knight of Honor (Arsenal) (12 mana)
    • Grants Berserker a secondary Arsenal of Knight of Honor spells. Casting your Q(SMG Barrage) switches between your spellbooks. This attribute may be bought up to twice.
    • Level 1: Removes global cooldown and enables your 2nd arsenal. The amount of available spells depends on the level of your E.
      • 1-Caliburn
      • 2-Snatch Strike
      • 3-Windblade
      • 4-Gae Bolg - The Spear of Striking Death Flight (with shorter castrange)
      • 5-Gae Daerg
    • Level 2: Reduces the Mana cost of all Knight of Honor Spells by 100.
  • Eternal Arms Mastership
    • Active part is now baseline and no longer requires attribute, cooldown: 45 seconds
  • Attribute Improve Eternal Arms Mastership (mana cost changed from 8 to 12)
    • Makes berserker immune to all slows
    • CD of Eternal Arms Mastership is reduced by 10 seconds
Berserker (5th)
  • Berserk health lock increased from 800/1050/1300/1550/1800 to 800/1100/1400/1700/2000
Caster (5th)
  • Witchcraft int ratio increased from 1.0 to 1.5
  • Territory Explosion cast point changed 0.7 to 0.0 and cast delay 0.3 to 1, total delay same (no longer interruptable unless it’s destroyed)
Caster Extra (Nursery Rhyme)
  • Queen’s Glass Game
    • Cast point increased from 0.3 to 0.4
    • NR is no longer affected by QGG aura herself
    • QGG Aura is now delayed by 0.6 second into the channel
Caster Extra (Tamamo)
  • Mantra damage increase reduced from 150/150/175/200/200 to 125/125/150/175/200
  • Eightfold blessing of Amaterasu
    • movement speed slow/buff rescaled from 8/16/24/32/40 to 10/15/20/25/30
    • No longer grants passive INT bonus
    • Effect now ends when Caster leaves the area or dies
False Assassin
  • Gatekeeper vision range increased from 300 to 300/330/360/390/420
  • Eye of Serenity
    • Mana cost reduced to 13
    • Now only triggers under Gatekeeper effect before 60 seconds in round have passed
  • Heart of Harmony
    • Now doesn’t trigger global cooldown by default
    • Cooldown reduction rescaled from 15 to 3/6/9/12/15
    • Now reduces cooldown of Tsubame Mai and Quickdraw
  • Vitrification
    • Now causes Heart of Harmony to not be put on cooldown by global cooldown abilities.
Lancer (5th)
  • New attribute: Soaring Spear of Barbed Death (12 mana)
    • Grants Lancer ability to jump and throw spear that targets enemy hero and cannot be evaded or disjointed
      • Damage: 550 + 50*Elvl + 100*Rlvl
      • Stuns for 1 sec
      • Radius: 400
      • Mana cost: 400
      • Unresettable CD: 60
Lancer (Extra)
  • Transfusion bonus damage/healing per level of Ceremonial Purge decreased from 10 to 8
Rider (4th)
  • Via Expugniato CD reduced to 20 second
Ruler (Apocrypha)
  • Purge the Unjust damage reduced from 400/475/550/625/700 to 375/450/525/600/675
  • God’s Resolution
    • Damage tooltip now lists damage per second instead of damage per 2 seconds
    • Damage per second increased from 350/412.5/475/537.5/600 to 350/425/500/575/650
Red Saber (extra)
  • Aestus Domus Aurea
    • Now ends when Saber starts reviving with Invictus Spiritus
    • No longer revokes Saber during the cast
  • New attribute Pavillion of Falling Flowers(13 mana)
    • Increases Laus Saint Claudius %hp damage (double slashes) from 20% to 30%
    • Reduces Rosa Icthys activation delay by 0.25 and allows Saber to recast Rosa Icthys to dash back to the location she casted it from with half damage and stun duration during 5 second after first Rosa.
Saber Alter
  • Base health reduced from 1500 to 1450
  • Vortigern base stun increased from 0.3 to 0.5
  • Unleashed Ferocity
    • No longer increases Vortigern damage by 100 and stun by 0.3
    • Now increases Vortigern max swing scaling from 120% to 140%
Saber: Gawain
  • Invigorating Ray
    • CD increased from 10 to 13
  • Artificial Suns
    • Sun radius reduced from 666/999 to 555/777
True Assassin

  • Base Health reduced by 50
  • Switched Snatch Strike(now W) and Self Modification(now E). Combo is now E-Q-Q (unchanged).
  • Improved Presence concealment now increases Assassins vision range by 300 (compensation for vision changes; total vision radius with attribute reduced by 50)
  • Snatch Strike
    • Cooldown from 25 to 18
    • Mana cost from 400 to 200
    • Damage rescaled from 30% to 20/22/24/26/28%
    • STR Stolen rescaled from 7/9/11/13/15 to 12/14/16/18/20
  • Self Modification
    • Cooldown from 18 to 25
    • Mana cost from 200 to 400
    • Instant heal changed from 200/250/300/350/400 to 330/440/550/660/770
    • Heal over time tooltip now displays total heal over time instead of per second
    • Heal over time changed from 200/250/300/350/400 (over 5) to 450/500/550/600/650 (over 7)
    • AGI per kill changed from 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 to 1/1.75/2.5/3.25/4
    • AGI gained from kills is no longer retroactive after leveling ability (ie. kills done at E lvl 1 grant 1 AGI, and leveling it doesn’t increase AGI from those kills to 4)
    • Duration from 5 to 7
    • During active part of Self Modification AGI gained from kills is doubled
